PMG Client Solutions Managers earn a competitive base salary and commission, giving new Client Solutions Managers the opportunity to earn 100K+ in their first year with an increased earning potential in subsequent years, depending on their sales performance (no cap on commission).

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily B2B outbound sales calls with the goal of growing PMG’s contingent and contract labor services business.
  • Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional business from prospective network and existing clients.
  • Meet with prospective clients by phone and in-person to determine their specific contingency and/or labor needs and how PMG can meet those needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations that outline PMG’s services and differentiators both by web and in-person.
  • Create proposals for providing contingency planning and labor services, customized to prospective clients’ needs.
  • Close new business by negotiating terms and pricing for planning and manufacturing labor services with clients and prospective clients.
  • Collect completed service contracts from new clients.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Solutions Team to onboard new clients.
  • Manage all existing and new accounts, ensuring clients’ needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Possess a “hunter” mentality.
  • A proven track record for closing new accounts.
  • The ability to connect with and sell to prospects and clients by phone. Client Solutions Managers are expected to make an average of 60+ phone calls per day.
  • An excellent phone manner.
  • A high level of comfort with performing cold calls.
  • Business to business sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly successful in relationship building.
  • The ability to identify prospective customers’ needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients.
  • Experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
