At PMG, we believe in creating a collaborative working environment that works towards PMG’s business objectives. Over time, we’ve adopted a “work-hard-play-hard” working culture that rewards individuals who bring in new ideas, exceeds the expectations set for their job roles, and proves their essential value to PMG. We reward these performers by providing an activity-filled office, team-building activities to have fun and relax, parties and events inside and outside of the office and much more. This is how, we have grown our internal staff by X% in the last 5 years.
We believe it is our corporate responsibility to make a positive impact on our local community, country and the world. To us, this means donating time and making financial contributions to organizations who need our help. This desire to help our community starts at the management level through each member of the PMG team.
Currently we are one of the major partners of Wiggle Your Toes and volunteer with them multiple times throughout the year. Our team members have also volunteered to their time to work with Feed My Starving Children and other organizations who help make the world a better place.
